We visited this spot on my birthday during a trip to Southern California, and the confections were truly delightful. Since we arrived before 11 PM, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary small coffees and treats. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality made it well worth the expense. We look forward to returning in a few months.

Bought: marusei butter sandwich, richland cheese sables and the white chocolate strawberries. What a treat, everything is wrapped so pretty, the store is very clean and simple. The lady who helped us was friendly and helpful. She even let us sample some of their products. Everything tasted amazing. Cute to give as gifts.

they have free morning treats on monday through thursday which i thought was super cool :) also they were giving out samples of these delicious white chocolate covered strawberries! and we were given free butter cookies to have with our coffee i thought the arigato chocolates were so cute and the girl working at the front was rlly nice

This little shop is so cute and they have the most delicious chocolates according to my tastebuds. The staff is super friendly and they answer all your questions in such a polite way it makes the experience so much better. They have a variety of chocolates and other tasty little treats. I purchased a bunch of packages with different kinds and the packaging is so adorable too. They have a little seating area inside if you can’t wait to go home and try them like me! LoL! Everything I ordered and tasted was so good and I know for a fact that I’ll definitely be back. I also tried their coffee which was a medium roast and went perfectly with my shortbread cookie I purchased. They also have online ordering if they run out of a specific item. Overall my experience was really good and if you’re looking for chocolates or other treats then check this place out.

Rokkatei is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their famous butter sandwiches are legendary (sadly sold out when I went—shows how popular they are!). The shop itself feels warm and welcoming, with beautifully packaged sweets that are perfect for gifts. I’ll definitely be back to try the butter sandwiches and explore more of their Hokkaido treats!
